Gary M. Didieo, Esq.
Gary M. Didieo is the founding member of Didieo Law Firm, LLC. Since founding the firm in 2009, Mr. Didieo has represented clients in civil litigation, bankruptcy/debt, criminal defense, tenancy and other matters.
Mr. Didieo is licensed to practice law in the following jurisdictions:
- State of New Jersey
- State of New York
- State of South Carolina
- United States District Court for the District of New Jersey
- United States District Court for the Southern District of New York
- United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York
- United States District Court for the District of South Carolina
Mr. Didieo received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. Thereafter, he served an appointment as Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Richard J. Donohue, J.S.C., in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Bergen County. Mr. Didieo has also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Garrett E. Brown, Jr., Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and to several other judges of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Mr. Didieo has also served on the Board of Trustees of the Passaic County Bar Association and is a former Chair of its Young Lawyers Division.
