Gary M. Didieo, Esq.

Gary M. Didieo is the founding member of Didieo Law Firm, LLC. Mr. Didieo represents individuals and businesses throughout the State of New Jersey and the five boroughs of New York; and Rockland and Westchester Counties in New York.
Mr. Didieo is licensed to practice law in the following jurisdictions:

  • State of New Jersey
  • State of New York
  • State of South Carolina
  • United States District Court for the District of New Jersey
  • United States District Court for the Southern District of New York

Mr. Didieo is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. Prior to founding Didieo Law Firm, LLC in 2009, Mr. Didieo served as Associate General Counsel to a New Jersey corporation where he advised management on all legal matters and litigated breach of commercial contract cases in New Jersey and New York courts.  Prior to holding that position, Mr. Didieo served an appointment as Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Richard J. Donohue, J.S.C., in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Bergen County.

Mr. Didieo has also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Garrett E. Brown, Jr., Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and to several other judges of the Superior Court of New Jersey. While attending Seton Hall Law School, Mr. Didieo worked as a law clerk at a mid-sized Bergen County law firm where he focused mainly on commercial litigation.

Mr. Didieo has served on the Board of Trustees of the Passaic County Bar Association and as the Chair of its Young Lawyers Division.

Ana Maria Meizys, Esq.

Ana Maria Meizys is Of Counsel to Didieo Law Firm. She has been an attorney for over 18 years. Following her graduation from Rutgers School of Law, she clerked in the Civil Part of the Law Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Following her judicial clerkship, Ana Maria spent time in private practice and thereafter joined Thomson Reuters/West Group, the premier source of legal research and legal publications in the United States. While at Thomson Reuters, Ana Maria managed and negotiated multi-million-dollar contracts. Since returning to private practice, Ana Maria has handled numerous diverse matters in state court including criminal law, family law, business law and property rights; as well as appellate matters. She has also regularly served as local counsel in federal matters in the United States District Courts in the States of New York and New Jersey for a national law firm, for which she provided local support in an array of business and health care litigation, as well as False Claims Act (qui tam) cases.

Ana Maria is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York State and Federal courts. She is a member of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association and the New Jersey Hispanic Bar Association. She is also fluent in Spanish.
